Quotations are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise in the quote given.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the Quotation emailed to you correctly reflects your requests. Any photos, descriptions, diagrams and sizes or other particulars accompanying a quotation are approximate and indicative only. After payment of your Deposit, any changes to the Quotation will constitute a Variation.
Please make sure you choose the right product/colour/size/quantity etc before making any purchases and you follow the manufacturer's instructions to use the product in the right direction. Change of mind may not be subject to refund or exchange.
We will not accept return of any Goods which are Special Order, if the Goods are used, installed, laid, damaged, or altered in any way by You, or if the Goods were sold at any sale or discounted price.

We may also discontinue any Products and Services at any time or change our range of Products and Services at any time without notice to you. We are not liable for any price changes, other changes, or any discontinued Products or Services.
