Shipping & Returns Policy

Quotations are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise in the quote given.

Before you order, you must acknowledge and agree that –

It is your responsibility to ensure that the Quotation emailed to you correctly reflects your requests. Any photos, descriptions, diagrams and sizes or other particulars accompanying a quotation are approximate and indicative only. After payment of your Deposit, any changes to the Quotation will constitute a Variation.

Please make sure you choose the right product/colour/size/quantity etc before making any purchases and you follow the manufacturer's instructions to use the product in the right direction. Change of mind may not be subject to refund or exchange.

We will always try our best to keep all the prices and information up to date however, we may change prices for our Products and Services without notice to you. We may also discontinue any Products and Services at any time or change our range of Products and Services at any time without notice to you. We are not liable for any price changes, other changes, or any discontinued Products or Services.

 The descriptions of Products and Services may also change without notice to you. There may on occasion be errors or omissions in Product or Service descriptions or prices, delivery times and availability and promotions. We may, but are not obliged to, correct any errors or omissions or change and update information or cancel orders if information is inaccurate at any time, without prior notice to you.

Delivery Options

Small items : Delivered by Australia post and will be followed by Australia post’s delivery policy.

Parcel size/weight must not exceed the following.

Domestic eParcel maximum size dimensions

Maximum Weight 22 kg
Maximum Dimension 113 cm
Maximum Size 0.25 m3

A Manual Handing Fee will apply for all parcels with a dimension between 101cm and 113cm.

Large items (Pallet, Weight over 20kg, Length over 1m, unavailable items to be delivered by Australia post etc) :
Opt1. Delivery quote available on request for Newcastle, Port Stephens, Central Coast, Maitland & Rutherford area
Opt2. You can organise your own courier pick-up

Alternatively, you can pick up either small or large items from our warehouse in Broadmeadow NSW 2292

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return process

To return an item, please email customer service at onlinesales@astrotilenewcastle.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Proof of purchase and return number, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refund

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Glue
  • Grout
  • Sand
  • Cement
  • Spirit level
  • Tile
  • promotional item
  • Custom made item

Please Note

  • Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • Astro tile Newcastle is not responsible for loss or damage of returned goods
  • Goods are not in its original, unopened and in resell-able condition will not be accepted for a return.
  • No cancellation after the goods being dispatched.
  • Astro tile Newcastle endeavours to keep all the information provided are up to date however it is the end user's responsibility to make sure you get the right product that will be suitable for your usage.
